Sapphire produces items of exceptional quality, design, and durability. Our mill production begins with choosing the best cotton for the product and then expertly weaving it on one of our state-of-the-art high speed looms. After the fabric is taken for finishing, it is ready to be cut and sewn in our factoy.
In 2007 Sapphire began planning for the creation of a new factory that would be dedicated to the production of organic terry products. In 2009 we realized our goal. Our new factoy became the first woven terry mill in China to be certified to the Global Organic Textile Standard.

At present we have a total of 20 high speed looms production with an out put of 120 tons of terry fabric and towels per month. With over 65 experienced workers, we produce a wide range of terry.
Our cut and sew factories employ over 150 people to make the best quality bathrobes, slippers, children's bath wraps, bath mitts, & hooded towels, and other accessories on the market. The quality and durability of our finished products have made them popular with retailers, fine hotels and institutions the world over.
In our wood factory near the mill we have 50 skilled workers producing a full range of high quality wooden hangers for fashion houses, hotels, and retail shops. Our production capability is approximately 100,000 hangers per month. We specialize in making custom designed hangers which we offer at very competitive prices. Customers can choose from beech, birch or schima wood.
